Welcome to Re-venue

Last updated 24 September 2026

Your venue is now connected to the Re-venue platform. This page covers everything you need to get the most from it - from understanding how the platform works, to reporting an issue or requesting a new feature.

Your account manager will be in touch to confirm your onboarding schedule, but everything here is available to you at any time.

What Re-venue does

Re-venue is a revenue intelligence layer that sits on top of your existing booking platform. It doesn't replace how you take bookings - your team keeps using the same tools, and your customers' experience stays exactly as it is.

What changes is what happens behind the scenes. Re-venue analyses your booking data continuously and uses that analysis to drive better pricing, smarter capacity decisions, and more efficient customer journeys. The result is more revenue from the bookings you're already taking, without any operational disruption.

The core of how this works is the Demand Index.

The Demand Index

Every time slot in your booking calendar receives a Demand Index (DI) score between 0 and 10. Think of it as a revenue health score for that slot.

A score of 10 means you're capturing optimal revenue. Above 10, and you're likely underpricing for the demand you have. Below 10, and there's capacity going unfilled that targeted pricing or nudges could convert.

Re-venue analyses your utilisation, pricing, booking velocity, and external demand signals to calculate this score, then uses it to drive the right action automatically.

Platform features

Re-venue gives your team access to a set of connected tools, all driven by Demand Index data. Not every package includes every feature. Your account manager will confirm what's included for your venues:

Dynamic pricing adjusts rates across time slots based on live demand signals, booking velocity, and capacity utilisation. Prices move to reflect what the market will bear - protecting revenue at peak and filling seats off-peak.

Capacity rules let you control which bookings occupy which slots. You can prevent low-value group sizes from taking peak-time inventory, or open restricted slots when demand warrants it.

Nudges and upsells surface targeted prompts within the booking journey - food and drink bundles, upgrades, add-ons - at the moments customers are most likely to convert.

The booking flow builder lets you customise and optimise the booking experience your customers see, reducing friction and increasing conversion without touching your underlying platform.

The dashboard gives you a real-time view of performance across all venues - utilisation, revenue per session, Demand Index scores by slot, and the impact of any changes made.

Your account team

Your named account manager is your primary point of contact for onboarding, strategy, and platform configuration. They'll be introduced via email when your account is activated.

For day-to-day support, bug reports, change requests and feature requests, use the support portal. Our operating procedure explains how requests are handled and who does what.

Getting started & onboarding

The faster we understand how your venue operates, the faster Re-venue can start working for you. Before your account manager's first call, please complete the onboarding questionnaire at onboarding.re-venue.ai

This covers your customer personas, the booking platform you use, your average order value, and your current utilisation. We use this to build your custom booking flows and get a clear picture of how you're operating before we start optimising.

Once submitted, your account manager will use this information to prepare your initial Demand Index setup and the first round of recommended actions, covered in Getting the most from Re-venue below.

Reporting a problem

Submit all incidents, bugs and technical issues through the support portal at support.re-venue.ai. For urgent issues outside business hours (weekdays 9am to 5.30pm), email support@re-venue.ai, which is monitored 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Include the venue and time slots affected, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and screenshots where you can.

Every ticket is given a priority from P1 (customers can't book) to P4 (cosmetic issues and questions). Response times, escalation and what to do if bookings stop working are all set out in our operating procedures.

Requesting a feature

Feature requests are submitted through the same support portal at support.re-venue.ai. Select "feature request" when raising your ticket.

We review all requests as part of our product planning cycle. Your account manager can give you visibility on whether something is already in the roadmap or likely to be considered.

Platform status and uptime

You can check live platform status and historical uptime at any time status.re-venue.ai

This page shows current system status across all Re-venue services, any active incidents, and the history of resolved events. If you're unsure whether an issue is on your side or ours, this is the first place to check.

Re-venue targets 99.5% monthly availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are notified at least 48 hours in advance and carried out between 00:00 and 06:00 GMT wherever possible.

Full details on maintenance and data are in our operating procedures.

Getting the most from Re-venue

Your account manager will walk you through your initial Demand Index scores and the first set of recommended actions during onboarding. After that, the platform runs continuously - but the biggest gains come from clients who engage with the recommendations regularly rather than setting and forgetting.

If you have questions at any point, support.re-venue.ai is always the fastest route to the right person.
