Re-venue free demo promotion: terms and conditions.

This promotion is run by Nimativ Limited, trading as Re-venue (company number 14898210, registered office 47 Gillingham Street, London, SW1V 1HS), referred to as "we", "us" or "Re-venue".

1. The promotion

Submitting the sign-up form is a request for a demo, not a confirmed booking. We review every submission against the eligibility criteria below before confirming a demo slot. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee a demo will be offered, and we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

2. Eligibility criteria

To qualify for a demo under this promotion, you must:

  • Be a key decision maker or key influencer in your organisation's purchasing decisions for booking, revenue or operations software
  • Operate a venue that currently uses one of our supported booking platform integrations (including ROLLER, TicketingHub, SevenRooms, Smeetz, DesignMyNight)
  • Be enquiring on behalf of a genuine, trading venue business, not as a student, consultant, agency, reseller, job applicant or competitor carrying out research

We may ask for further information to confirm eligibility before a demo is booked.

3. The reward

Attendees who meet the eligibility criteria and complete their full 30-minute demo will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher by email, sent to the email address provided at sign-up within 14 days of the completed demo.

  • Limited to one voucher per company, regardless of how many individuals from that company sign up or attend
  • The voucher is not awarded for booking a demo, only for completing one
  • No cash alternative is available
  • If a demo is rescheduled or not completed in full, the voucher will not be issued
  • We reserve the right to substitute the voucher for a reward of equivalent value if Amazon vouchers become unavailable

4. Promotion period

This promotion runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, or until withdrawn earlier at our discretion. We'll honour vouchers for any demo booked and completed within the promotion period.

5. Data protection

Any personal data you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We'll use your details to assess eligibility, book and deliver your demo, and issue your voucher. If you've also agreed to receive marketing communications, we'll use your details for that separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. General
